I feature a unique art style made from gourds, longleaf pine needles, antlers, feathers, and other natural items. In addition to custom gourds, I also make beautiful, handmade pine needle baskets, many of which are combined with gourds. My husband, Mark, who had retired from wood working, is hand-turning beautiful wood and resin items, many showcasing beautiful burls. This southwestern buffalo has been painted on both sides of the gourd in a geometric style along with a very detailed geomettic design at the top of the gourd. A buffalo charm with a turquoise bead adorns each corner of the upper design. It's 7" across, 8" tall and 26" in circumference.
