I feature a unique art style made from gourds, longleaf pine needles, antlers, feathers, and other natural items. In addition to custom gourds, I also make beautiful, handmade pine needle baskets. As of January 2024, my husband, who had retired from wood working, is hand-turning beautiful wood platters and bowls. This small oak platter was hand turned from wood harvested on the artist's Missouri Ozarks property, coiled with long leaf pine needles dyed deep purple by the artist and embellished with matching beads. It's 2.5" tall, 6.5" in diameter and 22" in circumference.
