I feature a unique art style made from gourds, longleaf pine needles, antlers, feathers, and other natural items. In addition to custom gourds, I also make beautiful, handmade pine needle baskets, many of which are combined with gourds. My husband, Mark, who had retired from wood working, is hand-turning beautiful wood and resin items, many showcasing beautiful burls. This beautifully coiled basket is made from dyed purple longleaf pine needles, black and brown artificial sinew and is accented with a beautiful metal medallion in the center. It's 9" across, 3" tall and 30" in circumference.
