This beautiful bowl was hand-turned from black walnut harvested from the artist's property in the Missouri Ozarks. The top of the bowl is coiled with longleaf pine needles (dyed in shades of red and blue by the artist) and tied with artificial sinew. Red beads have been added to the pine needles and really set this piece off.
It's 3 1/8" tall, 7.25" in diameter and 24" in circumference. Both the bowl and pine needles have been triple sealed.
